To get a card, work with your healthcare professional, or visit any of Western Massachusetts medical marijuana evaluation centers. You can find a list of physicians below.

Registration

After receiving a certification from your physician, you will receive an email from the State of Massachusetts with instructions on how to register online by visiting the Mass CIP - the state system that houses the Medical Marijuana online system.

Mass CIP makes registering easier than ever! Once registered, print your temporary MA Medical Patient card and come visit our expert advisers in Chicopee, MA. Please make sure to bring:

  • Your Valid Patient/Caregiver ID Card issued by the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission
  • A Valid Form of ID that proves your primary residence. A driver’s license, military ID, government ID, or passport.
  • Cash or debit card to use with our on-site ATM. Currently, we can only take cash as a payment.
