Where can I consume cannabis after my purchase?

Private residences are the only defined area in Massachusetts where you can consume cannabis.

You can’t use marijuana in any form (smoking, vaping, edibles, etc.) in public or on federal land. Employers, landlords, cities, and towns may have their own policies about the use of marijuana. Check with them to see what is allowed.

The State of Massachusetts currently does not offer any marijuana consumption cafes, bars or mixed-use establishments yet.

What are the state limits and dispensary limits?

Adults may possess up to 1oz of flower and up to 5 grams of concentrate on them at a time. MAC places internal limits on certain products due to the demand. Internal limits allow for increased access among many consumers rather than a select few. Up to date limits can be found on our Adult Use Menu.
